Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is hiring for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Peoria, AZ. Positions are part- and full-time, with pay ranging from $18 to $28 per hour. The role focuses on in-home, one-on-one ABA services for children with Autism, ages 1–21, with supportive supervision and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation required.
• Experience with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder required.
• Excellent communication with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Criminal background check required.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
