Jade ABA is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon and after-school cases across Silver Spring, Laurel, Hyattsville, and Upper Marlboro. They offer reliable weekly hours and a structured schedule in home-based settings.

The company provides high-quality ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) with clinical excellence and ongoing support for the team. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes, follow plans created by a BCBA, collect data,

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children, preferably with ASD.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within nearby areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred (not required for certified RBTs).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support consistency.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development.
