Job summary

Jade ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon and after-school cases in the California, Lexington Park, and Great Mills area. This position offers consistent weekly hours, a structured schedule, and the opportunity to work with multiple clients in close proximity.

Our clinic provides evidence-based ABA therapy for children with ASD, focusing on clinical excellence, meaningful relationships, and strong team support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children, preferably with ASD.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred (not required for certified RBTs).

For afternoon ABA cases in the California, MD area, with cases located in Lexington Park and Great Mills.

Jade ABA is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon and after-school cases in the California, Lexington Park, and Great Mills area. This position offers consistent weekly hours, a structured schedule, and the opportunity to work with multiple clients in close proximity, helping you build a stable caseload while minimizing travel.

At Jade ABA, we provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our approach is rooted in clinical excellence, meaningful relationships, and strong support for our team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect accurate data and track client progress

• Collaborate with families and caregivers

• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification (required)

• Experience working with children, preferably with ASD

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation & Schedule

• $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Afternoon and after-school cases available

• 20–35+ hours per week with opportunity to build a full schedule

• Monday–Friday schedule (optional weekend opportunities available)
