Job summary

Jade ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon ABA cases in Laurel, Bowie, and Upper Marlboro. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, implement plans by a BCBA, and collect data on progress. Flexible schedule with afternoon/evening cases and 20–40 hours per week.

Experience with ASD is preferred; RBT certification is required. Transportation to clients’ homes is needed; Bachelor's degree is optional.

Jade ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon ABA cases in the Laurel, Bowie, and Upper Marlboro area. This role offers consistent weekly hours, a structured schedule, and cases located within the same general area!

At Jade ABA, we provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our approach is rooted in clinical excellence, meaningful relationships, and strong support for both families and staff.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect data and track client progress
• Collaborate with families and caregivers
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification (required)
• Experience working with children, preferably with ASD

Compensation & Schedule

• $25.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Afternoon and after-school cases available
• 20-40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday schedule (some weekend opportunities available)
