Job summary

Jade ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support afternoon ABA cases in Alexandria, VA, with opportunities in nearby Fairfax, Arlington, Springfield and Woodbridge.

Join Jade ABA to work with multiple clients in the same area, enabling more consistent weekly hours and a structured schedule while minimizing travel between sessions. Experience with ASD preferred, active RBT certification required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children, preferably with ASD.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development.
