Job summary

Jade ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in children’s homes in the Bowie, Laurel, and Upper Marlboro area. The role emphasizes a consistent weekly schedule, independent work in home-based settings, and cases located in the same general area.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children, preferably with ASD.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers.
