Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum with Group Leader.
• Assist with supervision of children and daily attendance.
• Ensure safety and compliance with licensing standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the classroom and facilities.
• Model YMCA values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility.
• Report accidents or incidents promptly to supervisor.
• Perform additional duties as needed by supervisor.
