Job summary

Woodinville Montessori School in Bothell/Woodinville is seeking an Early Childhood Program Assistant. This part-time role supports teachers, helps create a calm, engaging learning environment, and fosters independence and social skills in young children.

The position is ideal for candidates who value collaboration and observation, with on-site hours after school. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred) and 2+ years of classroom experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two or more years of classroom experience preferred.
• Ability to meet Washington State DCYF requirements or training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom activities and daily routines.
• Observe and respond to the needs of individual children and small groups.
• Help maintain an organized, respectful, and safe environment.
