Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (CDA or childcare coursework preferred).
• Experience working with children in a childcare or afterschool setting preferred.
• Ability to work with multiple age groups.
• Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to meet all Georgia DECAL and licensing requirements.
