Job summary

Chimes International LTD at Andrews Air Force Base is seeking a dependable cleaner to perform daily cleaning in public spaces and work areas under supervision, following contract specifications and safety procedures.

The role covers routine maintenance, restrooms, floors, windows, and special restoration tasks, with a Monday to Friday shift from 1:30pm to 9:00pm and a set pay rate of $17.84 per hour. Full-time benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning in areas assigned per contract specifications.
• Polish public and secure areas as directed.
• Clean walls, window blinds, and dust mop, sweep and wet mop floors.
• Clean and disinfect washable surfaces and restrooms; ensure supplies are stocked.
• Remove trash and assist with moving heavy items; operate cleaning equipment safely.
• Assist with special events by setting up and taking down furniture.
• Identify and report space condition changes or discrepancies.
