Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Custodian (Finance) to perform cleaning and building services across public and work spaces, including executive areas. The role runs from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, with responsibilities spanning disinfecting restrooms, cleaning floors, and maintaining cleanliness of various facilities.

The position requires adherence to contract specs, safety procedures, and participation in required trainings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months custodial work experience preferred.
• Custodial training desired.
• Candidates with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Agency policies and procedures and follow contract specifications
• Clean all assigned areas in accordance with the contract specifications
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and washable surfaces in public areas
• Move, arrange, and lift heavy items
• Attend required meetings and in-service training
• Pass and comply with all building and security requirements and procedures
