Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking a reliable Part-Time Afternoon Direct Care Worker to provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes. You will assist with daily activities, encourage skill-building, and help coordinate community outings to promote independence.

Qualifications include compassion, dependable nature, and good communication. Must be 18+, able to pass background checks, and have reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling and weekly pay are highlights of this role.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
