Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking an Afternoon Caregiver to provide 1:1 in-home support for recipients in their homes and to help foster independence through skill-building activities.

You will accompany clients into the community to support personal goals, with a focus on reliability, compassion, and teamwork within a positive company culture.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes.
• Support, encourage and help with skill-building activities.
• Take recipients into the community to grow and strengthen personal goals.
