Cedarbrook Senior Living is seeking a dynamic Dining Room Supervisor for the afternoon shift to oversee daily meal services for residents and guests. You will coordinate staff, ensure high service standards, and maintain safety and cleanliness in the dining room.

Responsibilities include training servers, resolving dining concerns with leadership, and planning daily dining room setups based on resident counts and service flow.

Qualifications

• Assists with executing daily meal services for residents and guests.
• Addresses dining concerns with leadership when needed.
• Trains servers to maintain high standards and productivity.
• Ensures proper uniform and safety shoe usage at all times.
• Plans daily dining room set‑ups and service sections.
• Follows up to maintain a like‑new appearance and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily dining room operations for residents and guests.
• Resolve service concerns with Dining Services leadership.
• Ensure servers are trained to deliver high standards.
• Maintain proper uniform, nametags, and safety footwear.
• Plan setup, sections, service, and side-work per meal counts.
• Ensure maintenance and cleaning schedules are completed.
• Adhere to local/state laws and policies.
