  • Report all concerns regarding the well being of participants to immediate supervisor in a timely manner and no later than the conclusion of the last activity of each day.
  • Seek immediate supervisor or emergency assistance when a participant is injured.
  • Ensure proper supervision of assigned participants at all times.
  • Verify identity before dismissing participants to approved guardian as listed on participant enrollment form.
