Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of prior experience teaching or facilitating group activities with students.
  • High school diploma required.
  • College coursework in the areas of education, youth development is expected.
  • Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Report concerns regarding participants wellbeing to supervisor daily.
  • Ensure immediate supervision and safety of participants at all times.
  • Submit lesson plans for each activity by the due date and conduct activities accordingly.
  • Coordinate with Group Leader and other staff to support activity planning and execution.
  • Perform daily routines: activity, transition, snack, and dismissal with positive behavior management.
  • Maintain group organization and manage group effectively.
