Job summary

Springview Academy of Summervillle is seeking a Childcare Assistant Teacher for the 2:00pm–6:00pm shift. A high school diploma or GED and the ability to pass background checks are required, with a preference for at least 30 days of licensed childcare experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher with all classroom activities and routines.
• Support child development across emotional, social, cognitive, creative, and physical domains.
• Receive feedback and adapt practices to improve program quality.
• Create and maintain a clean, safe classroom environment for all children.
• Establish positive communication with families to provide quality care.
