Job summary

Senior Helpers - Bryan seeks a compassionate and dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in the Vandergrift area. The role offers consistent weekday afternoon shifts beginning at 1:00 PM in a warm, supportive setting.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 months of caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and must be 18+. You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, help with meal prep and light housekeeping, and accompany clients to appointments

Qualifications

• At least 3-6 months of professional or personal experience in home care, caregiving, or related field.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Negative results of either a TB Test (2-Step TB) or QuantiFERON Gold Blood Test.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance or nursing assistance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing/grooming, toileting/incontinence care, bathing, and mobility support.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Offer transportation and accompany clients to appointments, outings, or social events.
• Monitor clients' overall well-being and report any concerns.
• Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.
