Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Personal Care and Hygiene: Assist the client with using the commode and learn their individual toileting needs; assist with changing adult undergarments and monitor supplies; help with dressing and getting ready for the day; assist with brushing teeth and hair; encourage bathing 2–3 times per week and assist with shower entry and exit; monitor and prevent falls during bathing.
