Delora Care, a Helping Hearts Company, seeks an experienced caregiver for a private home in the Bellevue Nashville area. The position focuses on fall prevention, safe transfers, and proactive safety within the client’s home in Tennessee.

The caregiver will perform standby shower assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and pet care while maintaining the client’s independence and dignity.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting with safe ambulation and transfers using a gait belt
• Standby shower assistance and bathroom safety during entry/exit
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry during shifts
• Retrieve household items, grocery shopping, and approved errands
• Pet care support and maintaining clear walking paths to reduce fall hazards
• Communicate client condition changes promptly to the Helping Hearts office
