Job summary

Sanctuary at Bellbrook, a Trinity Health facility, is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join our caregiving team for Memory Care and Assisted Living in afternoon shifts 3pm-11pm.

Qualifications

• Candidates with hands-on experience.

• Candidates available for DAYS, Afternoons or Nights shifts and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations.
• Support the healthcare team in delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
