Trinity Health's Sanctuary at Bellbrook in Michigan is seeking dedicated Care Assistants for memory care and assisted living. The afternoon shift 3pm-11pm offers opportunities to support residents, assist with daily activities, and monitor well-being under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Qualifications

• Candidates with hands-on experience.

• Available for DAYS, Afternoons or Nights shifts and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations.
• Support the healthcare team in delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
