Job summary

Sanctuary at Bellbrook, a Trinity Health facility, is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. This role offers Afternoon shifts 3pm-11pm, with opportunities for full-time and part-time schedules, including every other weekend, and a supportive work environment.

As a Care Assistant, you will provide direct patient care under supervision, help with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and support the healthcare team in delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Candidates with hands-on experience.
• Compassionate individuals committed to patient care and teamwork.
• Candidates available for DAYS, Afternoons or Nights shifts and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations.
