Job summary

Sanctuary at Bellbrook, a Trinity Health facility, is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join our caregiving team for Memory Care and Assisted Living in afternoon shifts 3pm-11pm.

You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, assist with daily activities, monitor vitals, and help deliver compassionate, high-quality care. We offer generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, day-one benefits, and opportunities for career growth.
