Clackamas Community College (CCC) seeks a part-time Custodian. The role is non-union, non-exempt and non benefits-eligible, with afternoons from 12 pm to 4 pm Monday through Thursday and 12 pm to 3:30 pm on Fridays, totaling 19.5 hours per week.

CCC encourages applicants from diverse backgrounds and aims to support student-centered teaching and learning. The position involves custodial duties, safety compliance, and occasional assistance with maintenance and inventory.

Formación

• High school equivalent and 6 months of related work experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of general cleaning principles and practices, use of chemicals, and safe operation practices of related equipment.
• Ability to exemplify traits that reflect the College’s culture, including integrity, a customer service orientation, cultural competency, trustworthiness, flexibility and a willingness to change.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize campus buildings and structures to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
• Empty trash, restock supplies, and clean restrooms daily.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and clean windows as needed.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks and report issues to appropriate staff.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow safety procedures.
