Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking passionate Assistant Teachers in Maple Grove, Minnesota. This role includes following licensing guidelines to ensure quality daily care for every child. You will create an interactive classroom environment while engaging with families.

Compensation ranges from $19.19 to $19.94 per hour, with additional benefits such as immediate health insurance and tuition reimbursement for all employees. Flexibility and teamwork are cornerstones of this role.

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Capable of engaging in physical activity with children indoors or outdoors.

Assistant Teachers

• Love to help! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Love to engage! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Love to learn! Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay $19.19 - $19.94 hourly, bi-weekly and daily pay options; based on position, education and experience / any other compensation offered.
