Job summary

Learning Care is hiring Assistant Teachers to care for children in a structured, welcoming environment. The role emphasizes following licensing guidelines, maintaining an engaging classroom, and communicating with families, while supporting ongoing training in childcare and child development.

Assistant Teachers:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $18.49-$19.21 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
