Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring Assistant Teachers in Maple Grove, MN to support a caring, educational child care center. You will help create a safe, engaging learning environment for kids, follow licensing guidelines, and collaborate with families and staff.

We offer full-time roles with hourly pay around $19.19–$19.94, health insurance options, 401K, tuition assistance, and a Monday–Friday schedule. No prior experience required beyond passion for early childhood education.

Formación

• Maintain a clean and organized classroom and follow licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Develop observation, assessment, and planning for children, and communicate effectively with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Assistant Teachers:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $19.19 - $19.94 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
