Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer Afternoon Patrol Driver in San Diego, CA. You will perform armed vehicle and foot patrols, deter unauthorized activity, and respond to incidents while upholding company values of teamwork and integrity.

This full-time position offers daytime afternoon shifts and a pay rate of $25.75 per hour. Requires a valid driver’s license, armed guard card/licence, and a background check; firearms permit preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Armed guard card or license.
• Possess a valid firearms permit (preferred).
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors and staff while following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking, and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
• Monitor access points, verify entry, and document activity and patrol findings.
• Maintain armed credentials and equipment and complete reports accurately.
