Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management personnel while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of building interiors, parking areas, loading docks, common areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization, and maintain logs and incident notes.
