Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interact with children in a safe & caring environment.
• Support the lead with supervision of children, implementation of activities, and distribution of snack.
• Assist children with clean up, empowering them to be independent as is appropriate for their age.
• Conduct conflict resolution as needed between students & getting support from the lead staff as needed.
• Implementing choice-based activities for children to engage with during their time in aftercare.
• Coordinating sign in and sign out of students daily.
