Mentoring Alliance in Waco, TX, seeks an Afternoon Child Care Worker to lead elementary students in enrichment activities after school. This part-time, non-exempt role offers a faith-centered environment where staff inspire youth development and model Christ-like conduct.

The role requires at least 17 years old, HS diploma or GED preferred, and the ability to obtain CPR/First Aid. Work Mon-Fri 2:00–6:00 p.m. during the school year, with dependable transportation and background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old; High School Diploma or GED preferred and some post-secondary training highly preferred
• Experience with elementary school‑aged children is preferred
• Able to work Monday - Friday 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. during the school calendar year
• Ability to earn CPR/First Aid certification (mandatory)
• Pass Mandatory Background/Sex offender check
• Legally allowed to work in the United States
