Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is hiring Behavior Therapists to provide ABA-based therapy in clients’ homes. Under supervision, you will implement ABA techniques, collect data, and collaborate with families and program staff to ensure consistent progress for children with Autism.

We welcome experienced and entry-level therapists and offer flexible scheduling with a supportive team. The role emphasizes effective communication and dedication to helping clients achieve greater independence and social skills.

Qualifications

• Must have ABA experience.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and other training certifications as required per program.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
• Comfortable working in a team environment, or independently depending on program

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provides feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client.
