Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking qualified Behavior Therapists and Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA services for children with Autism in the Goodyear, AZ area. Under supervision of a BCBA, you’ll implement ABA interventions and help clients build essential skills.

We offer flexible scheduling, ongoing trainings, a supportive team, and a competitive hourly rate of $19.00-$30.00 per hour to reward dedication and impact.

Qualifications

• Must have ABA experience.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provide feedback to parents/guardians regarding daily activities of client.
