Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for afternoon hours to support in-home, one-to-one ABA therapy with children on the autism spectrum. The role emphasizes compassionate care, precise data collection, and collaboration with supervising clinicians to ensure consistent services.

You will maintain professional communication with families, meet background requirements, and demonstrate a passion for helping clients develop skills.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Excellent communication with coworkers, supervisors, and families is essential.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
