Job summary

Actify ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Maryland team. The role provides 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school and supports evidence-based treatment plans developed by a BCBA.

You will collect data on client progress, collaborate with families and the team, and maintain a safe, positive therapy environment. This part-time opportunity offers competitive pay and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $30/hour

• Part-Time: 15 hours/week

• Shift Options:

  • Afternoons: 3:00pm - 6:00pm Monday - Friday

• Location: Columbia, MD 21045 and surrounding area

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
