Job summary

Actify ABA in Essex, MD seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy with supervision by a BCBA. You will work in-home or in-school, collect data, and support families to drive client progress.

Requirements include an RBT certification and a high school diploma; ABA experience is a plus. The role offers flexible schedules and growth opportunities within a collaborative team focused on evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22- $27/hour

• Full-Time: 30hours/week or Part-Time available

• Shifts: Morning & Afternoon 9am-1pm, 2-5pm

• Location: Essex, MD 21221 and surrounding areas

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
