Job summary

Actify ABA in Laurel, MD seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. This role provides 1:1 ABA therapy in-home or in-school under BCBA supervision, with data collection and progress documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $27/hour
• Weekly Hours: 27 hours/week
• Shifts: Afternoon: 2:30pm - 6:30pm and Weekends
• Location: Laurel, MD 20723

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
