Job summary

Actify ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Elkton, MD. This role focuses on delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school under the supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting data on client progress, collaborating with families, and maintaining a safe, supportive therapy environment. This part-time position offers evening and weekend shifts with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $27/hour
• Part-Time: 25 hours/week
• Shifts: Evening 4:00pm-7:30pm and Weekends Flexible
• Location: Elkton, MD 21921
