The Aftermarket Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable aftermarket growth, expanding market share, and developing new business opportunities for Marmon-Herrington within the heavy-duty transportation industry. This role leads strategic initiatives focused on market analysis, business development, customer engagement, and sales growth while working cross-functionally to align customer needs with product and commercial strategies. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with market insight to identify opportunities, recover lost business, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
A strategic, results-oriented commercial leader who understands the heavy-duty transportation industry and can translate market insights into profitable growth. The ideal candidate combines the analytical mindset of a product manager with the customer focus and execution skills of a sales leader, driving both immediate results and long-term market expansion.
