Job summary

Shealy Truck Centers in Fletcher, NC is seeking an Aftermarket Account Manager at our WNC location to promote parts and service sales after the truck sale. You will combine inside selling with on-site visits, support customers post-sale, and work with teammates to grow the parts and service business.

Must have a valid driver’s license; high school diploma required; OEM sales experience preferred but not required; be dependable, ethical, and a team player; occasional travel to customer sites will

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to customer sites.
• OEM Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Dependable, ethical, honest, accountable, team player.
• Will travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Combine inside selling of parts and service with customer-site visits.
• Support customers after the truck sale and grow parts/service business.
• Take customer calls as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet customer needs.
• Fill parts orders by phone or email and process requests.
• Conduct proactive sales calls to assigned accounts and others.
• Be trained as counterperson and service advisor for fixed ops duties.
