Shealy Truck Centers in Fletcher, NC is seeking an Aftermarket Account Manager at our WNC location to promote parts and service sales after the truck sale. You will combine inside selling with on-site visits, support customers post-sale, and work with teammates to grow the parts and service business.

Must have a valid driver’s license; high school diploma required; OEM sales experience preferred but not required; be dependable, ethical, and a team player; occasional travel to customer sites will

Shealy Truck Centers is in search of someone to represent our company to promote parts and service sales after the truck sale. We are currently hiring an Aftermarket Account Manager at our WNC location. Shealy Truck Centers is a Full-service Truck Dealership and represents Mack and Volvo. Aftermarket Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Combination of working inside selling parts and service and going to customers sites
• Support customers after the truck sale and to grow the parts and service business within the dealership
• Must be willing to take customer calls as needed
• Must be willing to work with other employees to take care of the customer’s needs
• Will be responsible to take calls to fill orders for parts requests
• Will be responsible for proactive sales calls to both assigned accounts and others as necessary
• Will be trained as a counterperson and a service advisor to be efficient in their overall fixed ops duties

Requirements

Aftermarket Account Manager Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• High School Graduate (GED equivalent)
• OEM Sales Experience Preferred - not required
• Exhibits pride in personal workmanship
• Dependable, ethical, honest, accountable, trustworthy, must be a team player, and have a positive attitude
• Driving to customer sites will be required
