Job summary

Grain & Protein Technologies in Clear Lake, IA seeks an Aftermarket Distribution Center Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, drive profitable aftermarket growth, and ensure exceptional service for dealers and customers.

You will coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Product Management, and Distribution Operations to improve parts availability, revenue, and satisfaction, while promoting a safety-first culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, supply chain, logistics or related field.
• 5+ years of aftermarket sales, parts operations, distribution, or supply chain leadership.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing warehouse/distribution/customer-facing teams.
• Experience with dealer networks and distribution channels preferred.
• Agricultural/industrial equipment/OEM experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and data analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operations of the Clear Lake, IA facility, delivering safe, efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
• Drive inventory availability, order fulfillment excellence, and proactive sales leadership.
• Monitor inventory turns, fill rates, stockouts, backorders, and slow-moving inventory.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Product Management, and Distribution Operations.
• Coach and develop warehouse and distribution staff; set performance expectations and conduct reviews.
• Ensure safety compliance and continuous improvement in operations.
