What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Maximize sales revenues within an existing and prospective customer base for brake products
2. Generate and execute a territory sales plan to meet annual operating plan (AOP) goals
3. Conduct regular sales meetings and maintain effective communication with customers
4. Gather market intelligence regarding product sales and competitor activity
5. Identify, solicit, and close sales opportunities independently within the assigned territory

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket industry
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data effectively
3. Knowledge of OE or aftermarket brake systems and components
4. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality
5. Must reside in the West region and be near a major airport
