Your Role

Join our team as an Aftermarket Account Manager for central US and Canada, where you will play a crucial role in promoting and supporting the sale of our aftermarket products and services. As the Aftermarket Account Manager, you will:



  • You will apply the current strategy and develop new concepts to boost sales of Aftermarket Parts, Service, Component Repairs, and Advanced Services.

  • You will maximize order intake through regular customer visits and constant communication.

  • You will promote and support the sale of aftermarket products to existing customers.

  • You will document CRM data for reporting sales performance and strategy development.

  • You will maintain key account customers and contribute to long-term relationships.

  • You will acquire new customers and capture business from competitors.

  • You will contribute to the regional market development strategy and explore new business opportunities.

  • You will collaborate with product companies to reduce response time, maximize customer satisfaction, and develop new products or services based on market intelligence.

  • You will provide technical support and expertise to customers in regard to service planning, maintenance best practices, parts inventory management, equipment efficiency, breakdowns, contract negotiations, and business needs.

  • You will prepare, deliver, and follow up on sales proposals to customers to secure order intake.

  • A Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience with strong mechanical aptitude.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter attitude, and drive for success.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

  • Effective presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to travel within the territory up to 70%.
