Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester seeks an Afterhours Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive hospice care outside regular hours, including nights and weekends, in patients' homes across Florida.

You will triage by phone, conduct initial hospice eligibility evaluations within 48 hours of referral, and perform afterhours admissions and visits. Documentation of care plans and follow-ups are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license in the practice state.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to dependable transportation or public transit.
• Preferred: CPR certification and at least 1 year of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Responding urgently to crisis calls from patients and families.

• Providing care in diverse home environments, regardless of patient demographics.

Compensation & Benefits: Salary ranges from $70,832 to $106,248 annually based on full-time employment, with benefits including comprehensive health plans, incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k, subject to eligibility.
