Consumer Directed Services Inc. seeks a full-time Hospice Registered Nurse to provide after-hours patient care and family support in the Parkton, NC area.

You will conduct triage by phone, respond to crises, perform initial evaluations, and manage admissions, deaths, recertifications, and routine visits as needed. Travel within a 50-mile service area is required, and a valid RN license in North Carolina is mandatory.
