Job summary

Zelh is seeking an Afterhours Account Executive to manage expedited freight in the U.S. logistics market. The role focuses on smaller equipment such as cargo vans, Sprinter vans, and box trucks, with tracking, carrier sourcing, and customer communication as core duties.

Responsibilities include after-hours issue resolution, coordinating pickups, and supporting Truckload operations during slower expedited periods, all while maintaining strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in U.S. freight brokerage, logistics, dispatch, or expedited transportation.
• Experience with expedited freight and smaller equipment (cargo vans, Sprinter vans, box trucks).
• Strong carrier sourcing, dispatching, shipment tracking, and issue resolution are required.

Responsibilities

• Source carriers and secure capacity for expedited shipments (cargo vans, Sprinter vans, box trucks).
• Dispatch small equipment and Truckload shipments for specific customers.
• Track active expedited shipments from pickup to delivery and provide timely updates.
