The New York City Criminal Justice Agency (CJA) is a not-for-profit service and research organization partnering with the NYC Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice. It is the main pretrial services agency, providing services to over 100,000 arrests annually across NYC, with programs operating 24/7 across the five boroughs and employing over 280 staff.
PROGRAM SUMMARY
CJA runs a Supervised Release Program in Queens for defendants of all ages charged with felonies and misdemeanors, who are at risk of failing to appear in court. The program screens defendants for release based on specific conditions, including maintaining contact, participating in substance abuse and mental health assessments, and monitoring compliance.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Aftercare Clinical Supervisor reports to the Associate Director of Clinical Services and leads a team providing intensive case management for justice-involved individuals. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating services, and supporting clients with complex needs in a trauma-informed manner.

Salary: $96,309.46
Note: This is a community and office-based role requiring a personal device and internet access. In-person work schedule is five days a week, subject to public health guidelines.
