The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the performance of the Client Care Coordinators (CCCs), ensuring their ability to effectively assess families’ strengths, identify service needs, and support clients in alignment with agency and regulatory standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and provide direct oversight to Client Care Coordinators (CCCs)
• Ensure CCCs are fulfilling all job responsibilities and maintaining compliance with DHS regulations
• Review, monitor, and approve CCC documentation, including progress notes and assessments
• Conduct monthly supervision meetings with CCCs to address performance and support professional development
• Facilitate team reviews of biopsychosocial assessments
• Provide job coaching and performance feedback, including assistance with evaluations
• Coordinate and plan team meetings with CCCs and other program staff
• Network and build relationships with external agencies to strengthen service delivery
• Provide short-term counseling, crisis intervention, risk assessments, safety planning, and psychoeducation (note: this does not include ongoing psychotherapy)
• Serve as an Essential Employee, required to report to work during emergencies as scheduled
• Perform additional duties as needed based on organizational needs

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, mental health, family dynamics, and diagnostic classifications
• Expertise in strength-based, solution-focused, and family-centered practices
• Familiarity with child welfare regulations, safety, permanency, and wellness standards
• Experience working with diverse populations and applying culturally responsive practices
• Skilled in group facilitation and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:
